[BACK SOON] Mughal Flower on Gingham (Pink & Orange) - Screen Printed Lightweight Cotton - SOLD BY REPEAT
I am so excited to have found this truly special fabric. A hand screen printed cotton featuring a multi coloured ‘patch’ gingham overlaid with large scale Mughal floral motif. Each repeat is approximately 110cm x 110cm (width of fabric) - see photo 3 for example of 1 repeat. Each floral motif is large at approximately 50cm tall and 32cm wide. The base fabric is soft and lightweight and can be used for a variety of applications such as quilting for bags and home decor, voile curtains, dressmaking, etc. In photo 2 I show you an example of how the flower motif can be used in a garment. I see it as quite a fun challenge to come up with ways to use this unique large scale print!
This fabric is hand printed using traditional methods in Jaipur. Expect irregularities and imperfections - it’s all part of the charm and character of the fabric. Printed by man (or woman), not by machine!
PLEASE NOTE: This fabric is sold by one pattern repeat (approximately 110cm).
